ワ・・・ニ・・・・
友人Toyoに誘われて、食事会に参加。
飯田橋にある、Tribesというお店。
アフリカ料理が中心のお店で、
ビールも「ドラフト」とか「モルツ」とかありません。
アフリカビールです。
俺はお酒がだめなので、ノンアルコールでごまかしごまかしでしたが、
珍しい名前ばかりが出てました。
アフリカ料理なんて滅多に食べないので、
出てくる料理はなかなか興味深いものばかり。
味付けが独特なんですよね。
モノによってはアジアっぽいのもあれば、
サラダなんかは西洋っぽい味付けだし。
さて、お待ちかね・・・・
ワニ！！！
ワニ自体は鳥っぽくて、
それ自体を食べても結構淡白なんだそうで、
チーズとハムをはさんで衣をつけてあげてあるそうです。
ただ・・・ワニって硬いんですね。
噛み切るのは至難の業でしたので、
全部ほうばって、奥歯使いました。ｗ
でも美味しいです。一度は食べる価値があると思いました。
デザートは 何とか風バナナプディング。
プリンじゃないんです、プディングなんです。
エスプレッソも同時に頼んだんですが、
これがしっかりした味ですごく美味しい。
アフリカの珈琲ってこんな感じなんだろうか･･･。
